Had a great stay here. The attraction is the beautiful rooftop and staying in old San Juan where most everything is accessible by walking. If you read the reviews you’ll know you’re in a neighborhood with a couple bars which get loud at night but I saw this in the reviews before we booked so no issue. We did have a vehicle and although parking is “available” it is going to be a public parking garage you pay for if you want to be close to your room. There is no parking provided by the air b and b. Overall great stay.

The 1200sf roof deck is exactly as advertised, with spectacular views. The unit itself is small but functional. The owners and their team — especially Evelyn the housekeeper, a real gem — were super-super responsive. A couple of things went wrong but were fixed immediately if they were within the owners’ control. I was told to expect noise, and the nearby bars certainly were lively at night if I went out on the roof deck, but the unit itself is well insulated from the noise. A very positive experience.
